This game was honestly immersive as heck. I wish there was more to it!

If you ever wanna expand on the game, I could lend you some of my time.

I've got a few years of programming experience and I would love to see where we could take this game.

exelente juego, aunque da miedo xd

Excellent game! Strong game loop

This game is so awesome and so addictive, I sat and played it for a hour or so straight once I figured it out. This is quick game making in Godot done right. Going to download the updated version and give it a spin.

reaally nice, right amounts of scary and tension, loved the gameplay the mechanics, had a lot of fun playing thanks for the game

Cool

I didn't even play it yet but it's still awesome

Doctor: There is no Subnautica game for PSX, have no fear.
Oceanwork:

I thoroughly enjoyed this game, I only got one of the two endings so far (the standard escape by rocket one), but to me this is a great game. Amazing work!

fun game!

I definitely enjoyed this game. It’s forgiving - but not too much - has a clear sense of progression, and is absolutely packed full of atmosphere and dedication to the PS1 vibe.

Excellent work! I had a lot of fun with this.

Really great game, I really enjoyed playing and the graphics are awesome!

This is a really fun game!

How did you make the PS1 style graphics?

(+1)

man it got me good, scariest shit...I really hate the ocean...

I like me some ocean games. There's a real untapped market there. Subnautica helped scratch that itch, but I think there is more scratching that can be done in the future.

Really great game but how do we save ?

Had alot of fun with this game, impressed that it was made in 72hours.

With some new content and a patch this could go for sale on Steam. Great work

Good job, this amazing <3

Absolutely recommended.

Finished your game a few minutes earlyer and it was really cool ! i liked the way of telling a little story by not telling it at all , like arriveing by a rocket on a strange water planet and other things . If you will expand the game by any chance , i would like to suggest a few things maybe for some changes ^^ ( not that im entitled for that or anything else in any way .. but ye )

keep up the good work ^^

you should upload this to steam tbh,, will buy

You can't upload games on steam.

lol for $200 you can

$100*

was gonna say the same

I love this game so much

Hey there I finished the Game a second ago and I had a lot of fun while playing it.

Respect for the awesome work. In the game it is awesome how you managed that I as the player has alwayes the feeling for a progress and what I really like is the simple but awesome level design. I never get lost and find alway home to the homebase ... please keep up the great work ... love it <3

Thank you so much for the kind words. Really, much appreciated :) Thanks for playing!

Made a video

Thanks! :)

Honestly, I really enjoyed this! Another hit from you Warkus! Top notch! Love the atmosphere and feeling of fear I get while being in the water!

Hey, thanks for playing and making a video :) It's always cool to hear when people enjoy my other games too. Glad that you're enjoying what I make :)

Oh totally! I look forward to playing more!

Please help, when I try to launch the game it just shows the godot engine logo and nothing else, then if I press something it goes black and I hear the sounds of the game but nothing else

Which OS are you using? Can you give me some details about your hardware specs (especially graphics card)? Also try to hit enter and see if that changes anything. Thanks!

Same problem. Game freezes at GODOT logo, however game sound does still play (I can hear the female voice intro). Pressing Enter does nothing.

FOUND HOW TO FIX:

Nvidia control panel -> 3D settings -> program settings -> oceanwork.exe -> find "Anti-Aliasing mode" and choose "controlled by app".

This is top tier!

Thank you! :D

I guess ps1 girls are fine.

:)

sadly the latest mac version wont work because for some reason its damaged???

(+1)

Oh, I'm sorry. Building for Mac is sadly not as easy as it should be. Working on a solution, tough

I like this game very much

Thanks! :)

hi i think this game is great idk if you wanted the game to look like ps1 games but it actually makes it better nice job

thanks :)

ur welcome

Great game bud, it was really good for a free game TBH. I thought it had a good story line also. Lots of fun with lots of upgrades. Thank you for making this, I hope to see more from you.

Thanks! There's definitely more to come :)

I loved this so much!! One of the best games I've played on itch!! Idk how I didn't see it before but the fact that you made this for a game jam makes this even more of an amazing accomplishment!! This was like Subnautica for the PS1 and it stood out some much from everything else!! Thanks for making this game!!

(+1)

Yeah Subnautica was definitely an inspiration. It's a really great game and I'm flattered that my small game is getting compared to it :) Thanks for playing!

this is an amazing game, one of the best I've played in a while it super fun and engaging you should definitely play it.

Thanks for playing! :)

This game is pretty awesome. It can be finished in about an hour if you know what do to and you won't get bored playing it through. Great atmosphere and gameplay as well.

Small spolier:Be sure to check the surroundings if you want to see all endings.
